Live Long And Feel Good with Andrew Weil, M.D.
MP3 Download Eating and exercise fads seem to change daily in today's world. What is the definitive answer to how we should treat our bodies? Dr. Andrew Weil, who is committed to combining the best ideas and practices of Western and alternative medicine, has done the research for us and comes up with ways to keep our inherent healing system in peak working order through developing a lifestyle that is sound in body, mind and spirit. "Most of the diseases that kill and disable people prematurely in our culture are diseases of lifestyle that can be avoided if people would make better choices," says Weil, and he offers plenty of suggestions for making the right ones.
