Just such a gathering took place in February of 2005. With a grant from Newman's Own, Joan Jaeckel and David Marshak, have been the point riders in forming a coalition that has since morphed into a passionate movement. Their vision strives to ask the questions, bring diverse people together, and, collectively create enough wind to tip the scales for a more conscious, compassionate, and effective way of raising our children in the 21st Century.
