PRTB22M5   Boas are large heavy bodied snakes that are best kept by intermediate keepers with experience handling relatively large snakes. They have a very even predictable temperament and with frequent handling make very calm pets. Their care is well documented making relevant information regarding their needs and general troubleshooting a breeze. This locality is native to Peru and found in the jungles surrounding the city of Iquitos. Their distinctive ventral scales have beautiful black speckling on a white base. They are captive bred and have been eating and thriving under our care.
