Professional: Barista Basics

In this introductory class, participants will learn the proper techniques for espresso preparation, how to steam milk for micro-foam, and necessary espresso equipment maintenance. A great introduction or refresher. This class is both lecture and hands-on. Participants should come prepared to drink coffee. The ticket price includes a 12oz bag of  New Harvest Coffee and a copy of the class handout.  Prerequisites: Barista Basics is an introductory course, so no prior experience is necessary!
