Professional: Intro to Specialty Coffee

Description: This class will lead participants through coffee’s journey, focusing on origin, processing, exporting, roasting, and beyond. This class provides participants with the knowledge needed to comfortably talk about coffee with customers, and describe flavor notes. This class is a lecture and includes a coffee cupping. Participants should come prepared to drink coffee. The ticket price includes a 12oz bag of  New Harvest Coffee and a copy of the class handout.  Prerequisites: Introduction to Specialty Coffee is an introductory course, so no prior experience is necessary!
