Beckman JA-17 14x50mL Fixed Angle Centrifuge Rotor. No Lid. Tested to 13K RPM Inspected and tested by our knowledgeable technician and guaranteed to work. This rotor is a fixed angle aluminum rotor that is a bit older but in good physical condition. It was tested in a J-E centrifuge and was spun up to 13K RPM which isn’t the max speed of this rotor. Because it was run in an Avanti J-E it was unable to read what rotor it was due to the rotor age, This automatically triggers a fail safe that lowers max speed to 13K rpm. Through inspection I could not detect any signs of stress cracking. This rotor is meant to be used in the older J series centrifuges.
