Heat moldable lumbar insert for L5N Elastic Lumbar Support With Spandex Pocket (L11)

The L11 is a heat moldable lumbar insert designed to be used with the Elastic Lumbar Support With Spandex Pocket (L5N) orthosis. It is intended for individuals with lumbar conditions in which a semi-rigid posterior panel is prescribed by a physician. The insert is made of heat moldable thermoplastic panel and has a fabric coating. It can be molded and inserted by a licensed Orthotist only upon an L5N lumbar orthosis fitting. This insert provides a customized fit for the patient and is an effective way to provide support and stability to the lower back. The heat moldable thermoplastic panel will conform to the shape of the patient's back with heat, providing a custom fit. The fabric coating provides added comfort. It is recommended to be used only upon an L5N lumbar orthosis fitting and under the guidance of a licensed Orthotist.
