Thank you for understanding! ============ The PE12 Pedi Hyperextension Hinged Elbow Brace is designed for pediatric patients who need support for range of motion and hyperextension control, as well as for those who have chronic elbow injuries, past elbow dislocations, elbow strains, and sprains. The brace features covered stainless steel hinges with hyperextension stops, and two loop and lock crisscross straps to help control hyperextension.  The brace is made of 1/8 inch neoprene with nylon material that is latex-free, providing comfort and support. It's designed to fit children comfortably, and to provide the needed support and protection for their elbow joint. This brace can be worn on either the left or right arm, and is an excellent option for pediatric patients who need extra supp
