Big isn’t always betterThis special edition semi-custom Bird & Trout takes this mighty little hunting knife and adds a unique touch to the scales. Quantity 1 of 1, this knife was made in our shop with Maple Burl.  The Outfitter’s little brother might be smaller in stature but bigger isn’t always better. Small and lightweight, the Bird and Trout excels where space is limited and exacting accuracy is a necessity.    Precision design, field-testedThe leaf-like blade shape gives the knife an unrivaled point, making it easy to puncture the toughest of skin with surgical precision. The Bird and Trout really outclasses the field when skinning smaller animals (rabbit, muskrats, beaver) and caping big game heads due to the 2.64” blade length.
