The Lone Mountain turquoise mine, originally known as the Blue Jay mine, is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, near Tonopah. This turquoise is celebrated for its color retention, ensuring it won't fade over time. The mine is known for producing some of the highest quality spider web turquoise, as well as beautifully rich deep blue stones, all of which are hand-mined in very small batches. The colors vary from pale, almost white sky blue to shades of green. This extremely rare turquoise is perfect for collectors of American turquoise.
