One of our most loved sides! Broccoli, shredded carrot, finely chopped red onion, and dried cherries tossed in a delicious, tangy & herby sunflower seed-based ranch. Topped with crispy, smoky mushroom-bean bits! Comes in a pint-sized (16 oz) container. Serves two as a side dish or one as a light meal. It could also be served over greens for additional servings!
