Yellow potatoes, collard greens and pinto beans are simmered in vegetable broth with herbs, spices, tamari, dijon, roasted garlic and a touch of liquid smoke. This soup has a delicious depth of flavor and would be great over rice, too! Available frozen in quart-sized containers. Gluten-free, dairy-free. Contains gluten-free soy. Vegetable broth used may not be certified gluten-free for those with severe allergies.
