Naturally cured strips of grass-fed beef that are hung to air-dry. Our biltong is American-made and produced using family spice recipes and curing techniques that have been perfected over generations.  Serving size: 1/2 lb. Cut: Available as the whole slab, chunks or thinly sliced. Biltong is freshly cut to order. Ingredients: grass-fed beef, vinegar, blend of spices, and Worcestershire sauce
