Lightweight, hand forged wok ladle crafted from carbon steel with a turned maple handle.  The wok ladle is ideally shaped for stir-frying, serving broth or dishing out sauce-rich food. High quality carbon steel with maple handle Ideal for use with our hammered carbon steel woks. This ladle will rust if left wet or damp for a prolonged period of time. Wash immediately after use with hot water. Towel dry. Avoid washing or soaking the wooden handle. Do not put in the dishwasher!
