Carbon Steel Wok Spatula

Lightweight, hand forged wok spatula crafted from carbon steel with a turned maple handle.  The blade is curved to match the wok, for scooping and turning food with a flip of the wrist. This spatula will rust if left wet or damp for a prolonged period of time. Wash immediately after use with hot water. Towel dry. Avoid washing or soaking the wooden handle. Do not put in the dishwasher!
