Our lightweight, hand forged wok spatula and ladle are crafted from carbon steel with a turned maple handle.  These high quality cooking tools are made for wok cooking. The spatula blade is curved to match the wok, for scooping and turning food with a flip of the wrist. And the wok ladle is ideally shaped for stir-frying, serving broth or dishing out sauce-rich food. This spatula and ladle will rust if left wet or damp for a prolonged period of time. Wash immediately after use with hot water. Towel dry. Avoid washing or soaking the wooden handle. Do not put in the dishwasher!
