Bobrick B-983 Vandal-Resistant Clothes Hook is Secured from the Front Download Spec Sheet Secured from the front. type 304 satin-finish stainless steel. Back plate is 14-gauge (2mm). Hook snaps down for safety if excessively loaded. Back plate 4" W, 4" H, 7/8" D (100 x 100 x 20mm). Hook projects 1 1/4" (30mm) from back plate. Furnished with tamper-resistant mounting screws. MATERIALS: Unit is constructed of of 14-gauge (2mm) type 304 stainless steel with exposed surfaces polished to a satin finish. Auto-release hook is tested to hold a minimum of 20 lbs. and release at 40 lbs. or greater. Faceplate shall have sloped edges. INSTALLATION: Secure unit to wall at all points indicated by an S. Unit has countersunk screw holes and is furnished with four 1/4–20 x 1½'' (6 x 40mm), tamper-resistant, flat-head, hex-socket, stainless steel machine screws and a security hex key for installation.
