Description Hytera HP682 DMR Handheld Radio The next level in innovative design and usability, the Hytera HP682 DMR Handheld Radio raises the bar for business two-way radios. The Hytera HP682 DMR Handheld Radio represents the cutting edge in digital radio communications, offering an improved user experience with loud and clear voice, longer battery life, an easy-to-use user interface, a larger operating range, and robustness. It has a 20-hour Lithium Polymer battery, a 1.8" TFD-LCD display and full keyboard that support a wide range of functions, GPS, and industry-leading audio performance. Employees in customer service or demanding work settings can communicate effectively and reliably with the Hytera HP602 DMR Handheld Radio. Louder and Clearer Audio Through a big forward-facing speaker and AI-based speech enhancement with deep learning capabilities, Hytera offers industry-leading audio quality while reducing undesired background noises up to 30 dB in volume. To ensure audio clarity, new water-porting technology quickly drains water out of the speaker cavity. Thinner and Lighter A lightweight lithium polymer battery, modern materials, and an optimized mechanical design result in a tiny radio that weighs less than 10 ounces. Enhanced Worker Safety The HP682 radios have priority interrupt, an emergency dialing feature, and a programmable emergency button for worker safety. The user of Lone Worker is asked to speak or touch a key to signal that they are safe. When the radio is tilted at a preset angle or is not moving, Man Down enables the radio to automatically enter emergency mode. Longer Battery Life The HP6 Series radios are powered by the most advanced lithium polymer technology, which provides great performance. With a duty cycle of 5/5/90 and high transmit power, the battery's shift life of 20 hours is achieved despite its light weight and tiny size. Higher Level of Ruggedness The HP682 complies in full with MIL-STD-810 G and IP67 requirements. It is resistant to water, dust, and shock tests at a distance of two meters. The anti-magnetic HP6 Series speaker does not draw magnetic metal shavings and dust. Clear and Bright Display The HP682 has a 1.8" 160x128 LCD screen with 65,536 color options and 6 content lines. Several different types of status, configuration, and notification information are provided via the crystal-clear, bright LCD display. Enhanced GPS Location Tracking The HP682 radios may transmit real-time location updates to other radios, the dispatcher, or a third-party application, which improves the effectiveness of visualizing dispatch software. For immediate position targeting, GPS data can be transmitted during voice calls. GPS data can also be compressed to maximize channel capacity and lower hardware costs. Higher Security In order to prevent listening in on speech and data transmissions through digital channels, the HP682 supports Digital End-to-End and Over-the-Air Encryption. A built-in encryption card is used to implement hardware encryption. The trustworthy and secure ARC4 and AES encryption algorithms are used for software encryption. Unauthorized users are prevented from accessing the system through radio authentication. To stop illegal use, the system has the ability to Stun or Kill a lost or stolen radio. Bluetooth Built-in Bluetooth allows for communication to wireless gadgets and supports both audio and data. Multi-System Operation A large number of analog and digital radio networks, including Analog and Digital Conventional, MPT and XPT Trunking, DMR Tier II Trunking, IP Multi-Site Connect, and DMR Simulcast Systems, can use the HP682. Extended Coverage and Connectivity The HP682 increases Tx power, Rx sensitivity, antenna gain, and attenuation to increase radio range. Signal penetration through structures and coverage distance both increase by 25% as a result. Increased coverage boosts productivity and lowers the cost of maintaining the network infrastructure. For dependably clear calls and fewer words dropped during Rx handover, two patented technologies and a voice buffer prevent packet loss. Greater Calling Flexibility The ability to communicate with any or all users is made possible through a number of calling modes. All Call (broadcast call to all radios, transmit only), Group Calls (one radio to many, dispatcher to many), Individual Calls (radio to radio, radio to dispatcher), and Telephone Calls are supported by the HP6 Series (requires connectivity to PSTN, PABX or SIP networks).
