Ordering Instructions Please note: Your paintings will be 100% hand-drawn, so we will require your confirmation via email before we can proceed with the shipment. The steps are as follows: Step 1: Choose a photo you like, upload it, and then adjust it to display on the watch face as you desire. Step 2: Select your dial style, any text you want on the watch face, and then the Drawing Style you would like our artists to render. Examples of implementation stages: Step 3: Place your order and complete the payment. Step 4: Digital Approval: You will receive a digital version of the drawing via email within 3 business days. You are entitled to request two revisions, each of which will require our artists another 3 days to modify the artwork as per your wishes. Step 5: Physical Approval: Within 5 days after confirming the digital version, you will receive an image of the actual artwork.
