Sound Healing

Sunday June 12th @ 2:00 - 3:00 pm Location: Will be given through e-mail once you register. Valencia Park, in the studio room. Make sure you list your e-mail and phone number when you register :)  Nicole will lead you in a sound bath through Crystal singing bowls with a guided meditation. We will be opening up 7 of your Chakras with the frequencies that unlock your energy portals to begin your healing. Your experience will be with Crystal Sound Bowls accented with various healing music. Exhaling what does not serve you, baby! We can do this together, okkkayyyyyy! Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being. The person being treated partakes in the experience with a trained practitioner. Can sound frequencies heal the body? Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level.
