**Shipping Protection Terms Please Read** At Nighthawk Brand, we want to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely. Our shipping protection covers the following: 1. **Lost Packages**: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe and is deemed lost, we will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which will include a replacement or a refund. We will Deem the package as lost because Carriers often extended the amount of time before they deem a package as lost. If a replacement is sent and the original package arrives later, you get to keep the replacement and original shipment.  2. **Damaged Packages**: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for our records and will work with you to provide a solution, such as a replacement.
