Containing a feature set that's never been found in pocket-sized units, the LRM-3500M easily connects to computers and various GPS receivers, enabling full RS-232 bidirectional communication and GPS interoperability (PLGR/DAGR protocol). Data can be easily ported to a variety of peripheral devices including smartphones and tablets running Android-based applications. The LRM-3500M's integral GPS receiver provides unmatched targeting flexibility, allowing users to acquire their own and their target’s GPS coordinates. Equipped with an undetectable eye-safe 1550nm laser, incredibly accurate measurements can be taken of NATO-standard targets out to distances of 2.17 miles / 3,500 meters. The unit also includes a digital magnetic compass that provides readings accurate to 1-degree and speed function that's accurate to 1-mph up to 249-mph. Additional features include a brilliant OLED display, selectable units of measure (yards or meters), target quality indicator, low battery warning and the ability to instantly recall the last 10 range measurements.The LRM-3500M's digital inclinometer provides angle of sight measurement at up to 60-degrees off horizontal to an accuracy of 1-degree. This information can be displayed on-screen either in degrees elevation, or as target height. With a computer connection to the appropriate software shooters can instantly compensate for bullet drop and shot angle.Low power consumption ensures more than 5,000 measurements from two (2) standard CR123 batteries. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty the LRM-3500M's full MIL-SPEC design make it rugged enough to handle just about any abuse that an operator can throw its way.Available in three colors (black, green, tan), the tripod mountable Newcon LRM-3500M Laser Range Finder Monocular includes a quick disconnect heavy-duty computer cable, communications software, waterproof hard-shell case, neck strap, soft carry bag, two (2) CR123 batteries and a detailed user manual.
