Hypersthene, Pietersite, and Rainbow Moonstone Necklace - Copper Electroformed

This necklace is perfect for those who love darker color palettes. It has the moody allure of a nighttime walk alongside a lake or shoreline under the light of a full moon. As a maker this is one of my favorite creations and a combo of stones that I feel a special connection to.  This one of a kind necklace is copper electroformed with an antique copper patina finish and protectaclear sealant. The pendant is approximately 2.5 inches long, 1 inch wide, and rests on an 18 inch copper patterned cable chain.  Hypersthene is a black and silvery-grey stone that flashes much like a moonstone, tiger's eye, or labradorite stone. It is sometimes referred to as "velvet labradorite" though it comes from a different mineral family. At some angles it appears to be solid black, at other angles it has vibrant silvery swirls and stripes.
