Alloy L-605/UNS R30605 is a cobalt-based alloy, renowned for its excellent formability and high temperature properties. It is resistant to oxidation and carburization up to 1900F, and can be significantly hardened by cold working. Its strain aging at 700-1100F greatly improves its creep and stress rupture strengths up to 1300F.
