Kaizen Ninja Tee

A "Kaizen Ninja" is someone who is extremely adept and diligent in implementing Kaizen practices. "Kaizen" is a Japanese word meaning "improvement" or "change for the better." In the context of business, Kaizen is often used to refer to activities that continually improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers.
