If you want other color combinations please tell us in the order notes (sorry both the Dichroics & 24K Ruby Gold is not available at this price point). These can be ordered for the ears or for the Septum. Please select one or the other style when ordering. If for the septum you can order 2 different colors so please take note of that as you get a pair that's 2 pieces. Also if for the Septum please be sure to get the wearable area correct (the inside diameter of the septum).
