Toppers are 9.25 x 9.25 which are standard graduation cap measurements. Toppers are provided with velcro attachments so you are able to bind topper to cap whenever you are ready. Please keep quotes TEN words or LESS Grad caps are provided for semi & full bling options. Each crystal will have to be attached to the cap itself.
