Crystal Transitional Two Grey Hill Navajo rug.  This gorgeous weaving was possibly woven in the Two Grey Hills or Crystal area, but definitely was woven by a gifted artist using natural Native Churro wool.   Abstract Hero Twin - Emergence Design.  Theory has it weavings liked this influenced modern and abstract artists. The intriguing dark center design was woven using the natural black wool, from the underbelly of the young sheep where it has not been faded out by the sun...while the amazing background was woven  spinning together lighter brown and grey wool together.   Definitely one of a kind - excellent Condition for being over 100 years old. This weaving was part of the Timeless Treasures of Two Grey Hills Exhibit and catalog, page 2.
