This beautiful piece of art was created by Jalucie Marianito in 2005 and is handsome weaving.  The deep brick red is stunning and the zig-zag and ribbon design work is spectacular.   A Classic Navajo Serape Navajo Design.  Also super unusual to have all Natural Dyes : Cochineal red and Indigo blue. It's been hidden in the vault all these years - we finally were able to talk Steve into letting it go to a new home!  This particular piece was featured in the 2006 exhibit at the Desert Caballeros Museum in Wickenburg, "THE NEXT PHASE Navajo Weaving in the 21st Century from the Getzwiller Collection".
