Spider Rock Pictorial : Navajo Rug : Marion Nez : Looming Attractions

On the loom of Marion Nez is a pictorial of Spider Rock.  A few years back Marian's sister Helene started a similar weaving but was unable to finish it.  Marian stepped in and completed it.  It won many awards at the Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial.   We expect this one will be a show stopper too.  Hopefully it will be done July 2023 so that it can be entered into 2023 ceremonial. Marion comes from the highly prolific Nez family.  The Nez's have woven some of the most spectacular pieces of art - and some of the largest weavings as well.  While the majority of their style is Teec Nos Pos,  their vision and talent knows no boundaries.  Another Nez masterpiece is on the way!   Weaving started July 2022.  This weaving will sell quickly - if you are interested call or email Beth to be placed on a right of refusal list.  nizhoniranch@gmail.com or 520-455-5020.
