SOLD : Storm Pattern Navajo Rug : Elsie Bia : Churro 1744 : 50.5" x 72" (4'2.5" x 6')
Elsie Bia did it again! This very special and gifted weaver created a stunning Storm Pattern weaving for our exclusive Churro Collection. The Storm Pattern is characterized as a "quincunx" design - a central square/rectangle, with 4 corner shapes, all connected in some manner, with the entire design surrounded by a border. Traders, dealers, etc. may tell you that the corner shapes represent the 4 sacred mountains or the four directions, however according to the Navajo - they do not. • Style Storm Pattern • Weaver Elsie Bia • Date 2024 • Size 50.5" x 72" • Item # Churro 1744 Awards: Contact us for more information, pricing or to order – steve@navajorug.com or 520-455-5020 -- We will be glad to help you!
