Common uses are for minor wounds, joint and muscle pain, bruises, strains, sprains, sports injury, skin conditions, pulled muscle, and reduces swelling.  Ingredients: Organically grown comfrey leaves from our backyard infused in organic olive oil, local Madison bees'wax, Organic shea butter Precautions : This is for EXTERNAL use only and not for INGESTING or treating deep wounds.
