Item Details Fischer Corp. Model #1125 Flame Arrestor 2 5/8" Opening for carburetor attachment. This is a 2 piece unit for easy cleaning. It's aftermarket, but better quality and thicker construction than the stock MerCruiser models since the top & base seems to be either chromed or stainless steel rather than aluminum. Flame Arrestor is pretty much universal  with most Rochester 2 Jet carburetors used on 120hp 140hp 165hp Engines from the early-mid 70's, just make sure that the opening is the correct size Sometimes the little bracket that holds the flame arrestor tightening/mounting screw needs bending or modification to fit flame arrestors.
