West LA

15"x19", oil on canvas Taking a little walk around my neighborhood, I walked this street so many times before, but that particular day I found myself staring at the other side of the street. I try to figure out why it is so attractive to me, combination of trees, bushes and lots of plants, as a whole it was a some kind of textures that made me feel intriguing.  After I finished this painting I noticed something I didn't expected, I can sense the scent of the typical LA dry air and quality of light that I love.
