From Our Homesteas Collection! Ingredients: Wild Crafted Shiso Leaves* & Wild Crafted Lemon Balm right from our homestead! Directions: To make the perfect cup, use one heaping* teaspoon (if a teaspoon is 5 ml, do 8 ml) of herbs in to freshly boiled water (preferably between 195-203 °F) and let sit for 7-10 minutes. Strain & enjoy! Our invigorating blend of shiso (also known as perilla) and lemon balm! Enjoy 2-3 cups a day, enjoy it hot or cold brewed. Lemon balm can assist in restful sleep, improved concentration, it can assist with improving fever, painful menstrual cramps, herpes, bloating, flatulence, headaches, & even insect bites!
