https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OLITwg743c   D1000 V2.0 uses a different power supply than the original. This D1000 V2.0 runs on DC power. 3 amps 12v, center positive DC only. Only use the DC power adapter included with this D1000 V2.0. Do not use the old original D1000 power adapter.   This unit uses 5U8 tubes which are different from the original. Only use 5U8 tubes in this unit.   When using the internal sequencer, Drum voice 1 is the kick, drum voice 2 is for accents and flams and may double trigger, drum voice 3 is the snare, drum voice 4 is the cymbal.   When sequencing or triggering the voices externally from an external source the voices can be anything you want them to be. Sequencing and triggering externally greatly changes the sound and response of the unit. The attack on the cymbal needs to be full clockwise (rather than counter clockwise like most attack circuits) to hear it.
