This beautiful Sauterne colored balsamic made in Modena, Italy, from cooked white grape must, white wine vinegar and lemongrass flavors combines the sweetness of a balsamic with the tart flavors of lemongrass. It is an ideal ingredient for Asian foods, fish or poultry, or for an unusual twist to salad dressings and vegetables. Density:  1.22 Gluten Free.
