Monday Mezcal is a tribute - a nod to old world traditions made modern for the next generation of drinkers to experience, enjoy, and celebrate. 750ml. ABV 0.0% Zero Carbs, No Sugar, 0 Calories, Vegan (what's not to like?)  How to enjoy: Neat alongside fresh orange slices with salt, perfect for Margaritas, Palomas, a Oaxacan Old Fashioned. We're partial to a Smokey Mezcal Paloma: 1:1 Monday Mezcal and fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz agave syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Rim highball with salt (bonus for tajin or hot salt). Strain into glass over fresh ice, top with soda water. Garnish as you see fit. Stay smokey.  Flavor profile: The nose opens subtly with florals, fruit, and agave nectar met by campfire smoke and pepper. Fresh citrus and apple on the palate give way to earthy roasted agave, prominent smoke and well-rounded heat.
