Vibrant & textured.  Sovi's Chenin Blanc has lovely honeydew melon, pear & Meyer lemon notes with a textured, dry, crisply acidic palate. 2023 is Sovi's third release of Chenin Blanc from Heringer Vineyard. This wine undergoes extended aging in the cellar to develop a creamy texture and nuanced character.   Nestled in the Sacramento River Delta, Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc. This wine hails from a single vineyard there.
