Woody's Le Petit Victoire

This is a victory. Woody's partnered with a fifth-generation organic farmer in the Coteaux de Beziers to source an old organic chardonnay vineyard just a few kilometers from the ocean. They craft the base wine and then delicately remove the alcohol before adding a gentle sparkle at bottling.  Le Petit Victoire can be a flexible weapon for tasting menus where a guest wants a wine pairing, but wants to consume less alcohol. 750ml. < 0.5% ABV.  How to enjoy: Toast your good luck in finding this bottle.
