NORA Paring #997/8 - Camo Bomber
The paring knife is often overlooked but the truth is it is one of the single most-used knives in the kitchen. It is also unique with respect to where it is used...not just on a cutting board but also in hand. With this in mind, we redesigned our paring knife to have a smaller, more nimble handle that feels great in hand and gives its user a wide amount of maneuverability. This knife works wonderful for small tasks that are easier completed by using the knife in-hand, such as hulling a strawberry, paring fruit, or deveining shrimp. Each of our knives is numbered and unique. This paring actually is extremely unique in that our engraver went a bit haywire and we double engraved two numbers on this knife. As such, this knife took numbers 997 and 998. The handle on this one is a base of acrylic resin in a camo pattern. The knife is lined with OD green G10. The blade has also been custom engraved with a WWII era bomber plane theme. This knife blade is composed of AEB-L stainless steel
