The St. Bridgid’s Cross is still made in Ireland today and those made by Naomh Padraig are among the finest.  It is a tradition in Ireland to place a St. Bridgid Cross over the doorway of a home and is believed to bless and protect the "comings and the goings".  A sweet tradition to carry on and makes a lovely gift for newlyweds or a first home.
