NorCal Organic Whey starts with the organic milk of grass-fed Jersey cows that graze year-round on the pastures of Rumiano Family Farms in Northern California. Using low-temperature micro-filtration and acid-free processing, we produce a non-denatured whey protein with naturally occurring immunoglobins, lactoferrin, and native growth factors, components that are lost when producing protein isolates and many other whey protein products.
