Its soothing properties help coat and encapsulate the hair, forming an outer shell that doesn’t dry out or flake. The consistency of the mixture and shell formed allows for hair painting without the worry of swelling or bleeding.Directions: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 20 grams of bleach powder and 40 grams of 20 volume crème developer at 1:2 ratios. Mix for 2 minutes, until uniform. Apply to hair with a Balayage brush, allow to process and rinse thoroughly.Timing and processing: Do not process over 50 minutes. Check frequently until desired lightening is achieved.
