Night Train is our first ever dark roast retail coffee, and we're so excited to tell you about it, including its name. Head roaster Sara's dad worked building the railroad in the 70's and he has a thing for dark coffee, so we wanted to honor him with this coffee. Now featuring a coffee from Mexico with notes of cocoa nibs and subtle citrus, complimenting those classic dark roast qualities we know you love. Unsure about grind setting?
