Half Burn Horn Mug

A handmade ox-horn mug carefully carved from a single piece of horn that has been cut to shape, heated and shaped to form a handle. A resin base is then added for extra sturdiness. This design has been 'burned' at the top to give it an attractive deep rust color and then a decoration is hand carved into the horn. The whole mug is then polished to give it a gloss finish. Height approx 6.5" / 16cm & capacity approx 17fl oz / 500ml All mugs and horns have been thoroughly cleaned and sealed inside with FDA-approved sealant to ensure they are safe to drink from.
