Mexican PW coffee refers to high-quality Arabica beans from Mexico that are Prime Washed (PW) or fully washed. It is characterized as a smooth, light-to-medium-bodied coffee with low acidity. Our Mexican features flavor notes of cocoa & malt. It is often grown by smallholder farmers in regions like Chiapas and is highly regarded for its clean taste.  Key Aspects of Mexican PW Coffee: Processing ("PW"): The coffee is "Prime Washed" or fully washed, meaning the coffee cherry pulp is removed using water before the beans are dried. Flavor Profile: Generally smooth and balanced, making it ideal for medium-dark roasts that highlight milk chocolate or nut notes. Origin & Cultivation: Many PW beans come from Chiapas, Veracruz, or Oaxaca, often certified organic and shade-grown. Not available as a Sip-scription.
