Our grassfed, grass-finished Flat Iron Steak is well-marbled, rich in flavor, and juicy. Cut from the shoulder, the Flat Iron Steak provides the wonderful combination of rich beefy flavor and a tender bite that only a Tenderloin steak can rival. Simply sear for 5-7 minutes per side (reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees) for medium-rare eating perfection. Expect about .3 to .5 lbs per vacuum-sealed package of flat iron steak.
