SkinCeuticals Equalizing Toner

Description Equalizing Toner is specifically designed to help skin look and feel refreshed. It works to remove all traces of makeup residue and other impurities, as well as gently exfoliating dead skin cells with hydroxy acids. Additionally, botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile are also used to help soften, soothe, and balance skin's pH. Usage Twice daily after using a SkinCeuticals cleanser, pour a small amount of this pH balancing toner onto a cotton ball and smooth over face, neck and chest. If using in the morning, follow with a SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum and sunscreen. If using in the evening, follow with a SkinCeuticals corrective product or moisturiser.
