We’re celebrating our 160th anniversary in 2025 with new formats and flavors of the cheese that put us on the map. Petite Breakfast Chive is a flavorful new take on a historic favorite. We’ve been crafting Breakfast Brie at Marin French since the late 1800’s. For over a century, this deliciously unique cheese has won the hearts of locals and visitors. What is a fresh brie? This cheese uses the same recipe and the same artisanal cheesemaking process as our other brie varieties but skips the aging room. The result is a fresh cheese that lacks a bloomy white rind and has a tangy flavor and slightly springy texture, reminiscent of cheese curds. Petite Breakfast is infused with chopped chives, adding vibrant herbaceous flavor and a savory finish.
